Dynamo dropped to second in the table as they suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Chesterfield Town who have guaranteed a third place finish in the table.
Cory Burton (2) and Sam Labrum netted the winning goals for Town while Danny Guild replied for Dynamo.
Cobras moved top but could not eke out a two-point advantage over their title rivals as they were held to a 3-3 draw by AFC Kilburn Reserves.
Will Pearson (2) and Josh Buchanan were on target for Cobras while Jack Brown's brace and strike from Chris Dring ensured the visitors walked away with a point.
The other game in the division saw Rowsley 86 Reserves win 2-0 at Moira United thanks to Angus Hodgson's penalty and effort from Tom Greenwood.
